If I use a premium design, will you charge me extra money?
Our store have three types of design: free design, premium design and design from designer. All design is free import to your site. We only charge when your customer purchases product and you download file output to print.
Free design: All account can download 10 000+ free clipart and design template.
Premium design: Free download with Premium and Enterprise account. If you using Basic account system will charge 2 credits / design. All design saved with label "Premium" website.
User design: is design of designer upload and sell on our system so you will charge if you download load file output. All design showed price is number of credits on website.
If I cancel my plan early, will I be refunded?
Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to cancel a plan that you already paid for. If you pay month to month, the cancellation will go into effect at the end of the month. If you paid for a year, the cancellation will go into effect at the end of the year. You’re never obligated to keep using 9file after the time you paid for expires, but, unfortunately, 9file not offer a refunds.
